The Fed met last Thursday deciding to postpone the increase in rates that would effect overall interest rates for homebuyers. However, they won't continue to postpone. This means that by January 2016, you could be paying more for the same product simply because you waited too long to make your move.
It's time to buy! Don't wait until it costs you more monthly!
